Arunima Datta is a Senior Associate Attorney specializing in immigration law. Ms. Datta has vast experience in both business and family-based immigration matters. Her experience primarily includes non-immigrant work visas (such as H-1B, L-1A, TN, and E), employment-based permanent residence applications (EB-1, EB-2, EB-3), and naturalization applications.
Since graduation, Ms. Datta has been working in the field of immigration and helped numerous businesses and individuals with their immigration needs. She has handled immigration matters for various companies and non-profit organizations that employ foreign workers in various industries including information technology (IT), finance, healthcare, and academic research (NIH). She conducted seminars to educate the victims of domestic violence and assisted them with the U visa and VAWA applications. She also has assisted individuals with their family-based immigration matters.
