Ola Sami is a Law Clerk in the firm’s immigration practice. Ms. Sami, who has a Master of Laws Degree from Boston University, is well versed in business immigration, international business practice, and Muslims’ legal rights. She works directly with the firm’s partners and associate attorneys in handling complex business immigration matters including H-1B, L-1A and R-1 visa cases. Ms. Sami also assists with the preparation of employment-based green card cases such as EB-1 (both extraordinary ability immigrants and multinational executives/managers), EB-2 and EB-3 cases.
Prior to joining our firm, Ms. Sami worked at another law firm where she assisted the attorneys handling H-1B and Adjustment of Status cases. She also worked a legal intern at The Council on American-Islamic Relations and participated in multiple religious events designed to enhance understanding of civil rights, especially in the Muslim community. Furthermore, Ms. Sami’s ability to speak English and Arabic fluently allowed her to interpret and translate legal activities related to international dealings in the Middle East.
Ms. Sami received her Master of Laws degree from Boston University in 2019 focusing on American Law and International Business Practice. In 2017, she received a First Master’s degree in Civil Law from Lebanese University. Her Bachelor’s Degree, which is equivalent to a Juris Doctor, was also focused on Law given her ultimate passion in serving the community.
